CollNect offers a free 30 day trial which includes the database to store your contacts , the dedicated Toll Free Number used to send your text messages and also includes 100 text messages! No Credit Card needed.

SMS stands for Short Message Service, and it is also known as text message, text, TXT, etc. An SMS (text message) is a short message, which can be sent to and from a mobile phone.

Toll Free Number is a phone number that starts with one of the toll-free codes — 800, 888, 877, 866, 855, 844, or 833. It is used to receive and send messages to your customers to promote your business.

Yes, you can send just one message at a time. Instead of selecting a group of contacts, enter a single telephone number or select a single contact when you compose your message.

No, there is no hardware installation required. All texting will be done through a desktop or mobile web (mobile app coming soon).

Your account will automatically be deactivated after 12 continuous months of no activity. We will communicate via email and text messages to remind you to login to your account to avoid deactivation.

Your data is securely stored on our servers, which are located in a secure data center, in a restricted area with absolutely no physical access available to third parties. The data is available only to the user (or anyone who has access to the username and password). CollNect will NEVER share or sell your data.

There is No Contract to use CollNect. Simply sign up at https://collnect.com/register by filling out some simple information.

Your account credits balance is deducted according to the number of recipients you have sent that text message to. Pricing information is available on our (link pricing page).

Yes, you can disable Auto-recharge anytime you wish.

Yes, you can create up to 10 sub-account users on your CollNect account, and assign them permissions to view, edit or create. Sub-accounts will always use the SMS credit of the parent account.

Unfortunately we do not provide more than 1 dedicated Toll Free Number for each CollNect account at this time. This option will be coming soon in a near future.

CollNect will promptly send the text messages after we receive a request from you. Messages are normally delivered within a few seconds, as long as the recipient’s phone has coverage. However, due to situations that are out of our control and are up to network connections, we cannot guarantee the final delivery time.

You can access CollNect at any time you would like just by using our friendly website, which is dynamically rendered to allow for a great user experience on a desktop or a smartphone. As with any website, to access your CollNect account you must have an internet connection.

At this time, CollNect is only available through the website. CollNect Mobile Application is coming soon.

Right now, your text messages can only be sent to US numbers. We will be expanding to offer text messages sent globally soon.

Yes, you can schedule text messages at the time and date of your choosing. You will have options to select from when you are creating your marketing campaign. When you schedule your group texts for a later time period, you will have to have enough credits in your credit wallet. The scheduled text credits will be sent to a holding credit wallet until that text campaign is sent out.

SMS messages are 1 credit each. So, for example, to send 1 SMS message to 500 subscribers 4 times a month, you would need 2,000 credits for that month.

Features

Keywords are made to trigger a specific text response, answer common questions, run promotions and more when a customer texts you using that keyword. For example, set up the keyword “tickets” for users to enter a promotional giveaway for an event.

You can create as many keywords as you would like.

Single text messages are limited to 154 characters, including spaces.

CIM

It’s very easy to import your existing Excel file. When you click Add Contacts, there’s a tab labeled import Contacts, you will select the file that you would like to import to the CollNect Data Storage Management.

DSM stands for Data Storage Management . The CollNect unique database, built around a marketing centric platform, allows you to quickly enter in your Customer information in a smart database functionality, enabling you to locate your customer information at the tip of your fingers. Once you have entered in your customer information, your CollNect account database is able to now be used to expand into strategic SMS marketing campaigns that are able to be segmented and grouped together all with the help of how CollNect’s DSM is designed.

Pricing

CollNect charges for the following services:

  • • Pay-per-text. Each text message price is 3 cents , which is equivalent to 1 credit.
  • • Dedicated Toll Free Number monthly subscription. Toll Free Number is $3/month
  • • Over ,1000 contacts held within the CollNect DSM database. The monthly charge depends on the number of contacts that you have per month. Always free under 1000 contacts.

Yes, incoming text messages cost 1 credit per message.

Every time you have a subscriber that uses your keyword to sign up, or any time you have an auto-response set up, once that message is sent to your subscriber it will count as a text message credit.

CollNect currently offers a Pay-Per-Text pricing model.

Payment

We offer a completely free trial that requires no credit card or payment method to get started. We feel that you will enjoy CollNect so much that we do not need to force you to commit.

You can login to your CollNect account, under “My Account”, choose tab “Billing” and follow the on-screen instructions. We accept the following payment methods:

  • • Visa
  • • MasterCard
  • • American Express
  • • PayPal

Your purchased credits are loaded instantly if you pay via credit/debit card. However, if your account is flagged for fraud or at a higher risk score, it may take up to 3 business days to have your order approved and credited to your account.

Your account may have been flagged for a number of reasons or your bank did not authorize your payment. If you would like to reach out to us to see how we may be able to assist, please email us at support@CollNect.com. Be sure to also include the account holder’s information, such as first and last name and the business name.

When you buy a dedicated Toll Free Number , you will be charged on a monthly basis using the credit/debit card you saved in your account , always on the same day of the month as your original purchase.

If you would like to have your credit balance refunded, please send an email to Support@CollNect.com. Make sure to include your name, company name, email address and the reason for wanting a refund. We reserve the right to take up to 7 business days to process any refund requests. You will receive your refund using the payment method you used to purchase the credit. For example, if the original payment was made by credit card, we will credit the amount of your unused credit to that card. Please note that we do not process refunds of $5 or less. Refund processing charge may apply.

Your credits will never expire!

You will need to add more credit to your CollNect credit account before you are able to successfully schedule your campaign.
